Judith Lamle aged 77 years, local artist of Denby Dale, the dearly loved wife of Peter, the much loved mum of Sophie, mother in law of Tamer, a dear and devoted grandma of Lily and dear sister of Susan and Peter.

Will friends please meet for service at Grenoside Crematorium North Chapel at 12 noon on Monday 8th April.

Please wear something colourful.

Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu of flowers if so desired would be appreciated and will be divided between Cancer Research UK and Alzheimer's Research for which a donation plate will be provided at the service. She painted poppy fields I remembered from a childhood holidaying in Norfolk. I met her just once, in the 1970s and remembered the poppies which enjoyed popularity at the time. Suddenly, all these years after, I had an impulse to look her up online, so here is a tribute for her and her family.
